I’m an Internal Family Systems (IFS) Trained, Australian Counselling Association accredited, Graduate Diploma qualified Psychotherapist & Clinical Counsellor working across Ngunnawal, Ngambri & Walbunja Nation lands in the Canberra & Braidwood regions, across Australia & internationally.

6 years ago I stumbled across a video of the wonderful Richard Schwartz, founder of IFS, explaining & modelling this unique approach to therapy. After a long career in the arts, teaching & management I retrained as a counsellor & have undertaken the Internal Family Systems Institute’s Level 1 training, extensive practice, supervision & my own therapy in IFS. I am passionate about building empowered communities and have co-facilitated Women’s Circles & group healing spaces for over 15 years.

Internal Family Systems therapy is life changing & inspires me to show up for clients with authenticity & care. All therapists are human & we have parts which can undermine effective therapy.
