We can start with whatever is showing up for you right now. It’s enough to bring any confusion, discomfort, challenges or hopes to our sessions. This is our beginning.
My job is to build safety & trust during our time together. I do this by being present, bringing compassion & creating a space that is tailored with & for you. A space that gives you room to get curious about:
the paths you’ve been down, are currently following & those you might want to explore
about any change that you might choose. This can include discerning what is yours to work with & what can be let go of & is not yours to carry
What brings you joy, makes you shine & empowers you to be your authentic Self
This is big work & I’d love to walk alongside you as your support, cheerleader & guide.

Offerings
First Consultation Session - Online
Complimentary - 1 hour
This is a free first session to get to know each other a little and to see if we are a good fit. Therapy feels more comfortable and is way more effective when you have a Therapist that you can relate to.
Please bring all your questions, concerns and any issues you might like to work on together to this first session. It won’t cost you anything but your time.
One on One session
Individual Therapy Session - Online or In Person
$130 - 1 hour
During difficult times, relationships or situations having a calm and compassionate supporter can help. Bringing Curiosity & Creativity to areas of your life that might feel stuck or painful can give you the space to sit with what's happening right now & get clear on where you might want to go. Through insight into our hopes & fears we can bring a deep compassion to even our most messy coping strategies & move towards a more collaborative approach to any internal conflicts.
One on One sessions
Group Therapy - Online or In Person
10 week program
Even when other people have been the source of much pain some wounds can only heal in relationship. As a powerful antidote to shame and self doubt a safely held group means that we can be witnessed and celebrated by community. This ten-week program focuses on group formation and bonding in the early sessions. Following weeks combine psycho-education and experiential processes rotating through each client during the 2 hour sessions.

My Approach
My approach honours your pace and trusts your capacity for healing & wholeness. Working from a Person Centered, Internal Family Systems (IFS) & Trauma Informed approach I will support you to go deep into what really matters to you & what might be getting in your way. With a focus on Compassion & Curiosity you're invited to review the stories & patterns that you might be holding & to get curious about their origins, the way they might have served you, whether they need updating & what else might be possible.
What can I expect in a Sacred Wild Counselling session?
Sessions are 60 minutes, and offer a chance to work deeply through any issues you might choose to focus on, supporting you to connect with all the parts of your inner system & creating opportunities for healing. We maintain continuity between sessions by revisiting our past work at the start of the session, enabling integration & inviting Curiosity about which parts might need our attention next.
As a systems based model, IFS provides a map of how our different strategies, habits & perspectives influence our choices. During our time together we can gain insight into how your parts and their dynamics might be supporting or hampering you & how we can help them to shift towards greater internal harmony.
